Quick tip: Tweeting with MagicPrefs

MagicPrefs

MagicPrefs has already been covered in detail on my previous post on the Magic Mouse, but, It’s got a couple of neat new features!

If you have a twitter account, the chances are you own a twitter desktop client.  Over the past six months, we’ve had a look at Tweetie, Echofon and Tweetdeck. (although these are a few of many)

Fast Link Posting to Twitter with Tweetie

Tweetie

Tweetie

It can get rather irritating when you post a lot of links that you have found on the web to twitter via Tweetie when you have to copy the link before pasting it again into the Tweetie new tweet link.

Of course – the obvious answer is to block these sites while you’re working.  There are programs out there that allow you to block your own access to ‘distracting sites’ for a period of time, but do you really want to?  Surely there is a perfectly good compromise.  That’s where Tweetdeck comes in.
