One thing that really get me about iTunes 10 is the way the close, resize, and minimise icons are now vertical, instead of the usual Mac OS X horizontal.

Well, I went off googling and I found a simple solution. Open up a terminal and run the following command. After restarting iTunes you traffics lights will be back to normal.
defaults write com.apple.iTunes full-window -1
